AWOW TOP 10 OF 10: BETH PHOENIX TOP 10 BEST MOMENTS

This week we are honoring the Glamazon Beth Phoenix due to her WWE Hall of Fame 2017 Induction. Let's check what we are pick as the 10 top moments of her amazing career!

Beth debuted in 2006 as Trish Stratus ally, saving her from Mickie James attacks. Shortly after her debut she was injured and went for a jaw surgery, after a match against Victoria.

Beth returned as a vicious dominant heel, who was targeting then WWE Women's Champion Candice Michelle. Phoenix was unsuccessful in her first title shot, but at No Mercy PPV in 2007 she won her first title belt.

Many great Superstars, then-Divas teamed and feuded with The Glamazon. Mickie James, Melina, Candice, Eve Torres and Kelly Kelly are just some of the names, who had a great battles against the always rising Phoenix.

Natalya was one of her best partnership ever and as the Divas of Doom, both of them bring terror and dominance in the then-Divas division. Lay-Cool tried to recruit the powerful wrestler, as part of their team, but they were unsuccessful, so they became her annoying foes.

Many stories can be told, many accomplishments can be mentioned, when we talk about Beth, here are three most important:

# She won WWE Women's Championship 3-times, defeating Candice Michelle, Mickie James and Michelle McCool (combined reigns longevity - 367 days).
# She was WWE Divas Champion 1-time, defeating Kelly Kelly (for 204 days).
# She is the second woman, after Chyna, to enter the Royal Rumble match.

Here are our top 10 moments of her career:

  MEETING TRISH STRATUS

Once Upon a Time...

Beth debuted as Trish's ally, but ended as her foe! Actually, the Glamazon didn't have a chance to met Stratus in 2007, because of the Canadian Diva, departure from WWE. Later this was used from Beth, for the following argumentation: Trish was left WWE, because she was affraid to face the Glamazon. Trish and Beth Phoenix fought each others in 2008 and 2009, in two separate occasions.

We selected this match fro 2008, where Santa Clause bring John Cena a special present, for his mixed tag team match against The Glamarella - Beth Phoenix and Santino Marella!

 RIVALRY WITH LAY-COOL

Lay-Cool!
Michelle McCool and Layla!

These two girls were a real "pain in the ass" for every women in SmackDown! for a long time. They were one of the greatest heels tag team ever. Their jokes were so offensive and merciful. Their didn't spare the Glamazon!

Actually, they tried first to recruit Beth, when she was drafted to the Blue Brand! But they cost her a match against Mickie James, so there were no way to be allies after that! So they started a war of words and dirty tricks, enforced by then GM - Vickie Gurrero.

We selected this segment and "intergender match", for a clear example of what can happens when you mess with the Glamazon!

THE GLAMARELLA

The on-screen relationships between Beth and Santino Marella, presented the Glamazon in a one new light - as a part of comedy affair!

These time was one of the memorable, funny and glorious. From their win at SummerSlam of the WWE Intercontinental and Women's Championships to Santina Marella -  this was a really nice period of their careers.

WINNING THE DIVAS CHAMPIONSHIP

After two unsuccessful title shots in 2011, Beth with Natalya in her corner, was ready to win the Divas Championship in their third encounter. With a little help from the fellow Diva of Doom, The Glamazon was able to capitalize a victory against Kelly Kelly and to put an end of her "perky princess" reign!

That was one of the hardest rivalry in Kelly Kelly's career and one of the longest feud in both Superstars careers.

OFFICIAL DEBUT AS TRISH ALLY, AND MICKIE'S FOE

After one 'illegal' attack, Trish Stratus officially introduced Beth as RAW newest Diva.

It was promising but short storyline. Several weeks later, Beth Phoenix jaw was broken in a singles match against Victoria and this ended Stratus-Glamazon's alliance quickly.

THE DIVAS OF DOOM

On August 01, 2011 RAW's episode,  after a #1 Contender's Battle Royal, then Champion Kelly Kelly went in the ring to congratulate the winner Beth Phoenix.  The Glamazon turned on the champion as brutally attacked her.

The same week, Natalya attack then protegee AJ Lee, after the match with the same statement, that Phoenix made on RAW: "The time of the perky, little, princess" is officially over.

Both villainous Divas formed an alliance of destruction. The list of victims of the dangerous duo, became longer and longer, week after week.

They even humiliated their opponents with their Pin-Up Strong move, making them cry after a post-match attack.

They were virtually unstoppable as a team and The Chickbusters of AJ & Kaitlyn, Eve Torres, Alicia Fox and Kelly Kelly, learned it in the hard way!

DIVAS TAG TEAM TABLES MATCH

Lay-Cool's insults and mocking involved them in a heated rivalry against The Glamazon and Natalya, that leaded to a breath taking, firs-ever Divas tag team tables match at TLC in  2011, and write down their names in the history book of WWE.

THE FIRST EVER "I QUIT" MATCH AGAINST MELINA

Melina and Beth Phoenix started their relationships as a heel tag team. Both had each others backs for a long time.

But after a several loses, they turned on each others, as Melina turned face in process. One of their greatest battles (aside from the Royal Rumble's Title match) was  this really hard and full of twists, first-ever Divas I Quit match at One Night Stand, in 2008.

WINNING HER FIRST OF FIVE WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP

Candice Michelle was the first Playboy cover girl and Diva Search contestant to ever win WWE Women's title. She defeated Melina for it, after a heated rivalry and then Beth Phoenix happened!

Beth returned after her injury as a dominant heel, attacking every Diva. Later she was able to challenge Michelle at Unforgiven PPV, September  2007, but was unsuccessful.

At No Mercy, a month later, The Glamazon got her revenge having her opponent in a vicious Fisherman's suplex for the win and her first gold, starting a legacy that leaded her to WWE Hall of Fame 2017 class induction!

 THE ROYAL RUMBLE ENTRANCE

It was hard! Really hard to select only 10 moments from Beth's amazing career! But to pick the top 5 is even harder! To chose #1 was the hardest!

Her Royal Rumble entrance in 2010 is a short, but full of glory moment! Beth become the second woman, of total three (Chyna and Kharma), to ever enter the Royal Rumble! And she eliminated the Great Khali!

Beth beat another record this year with her induction in class 2017 of WWE Hall of Fame! She beats Trish Stratus record of the youngest inductee!
